✨ Returns & Refunds Policy
At Out of Love Co., all of our products are handmade in small batches with love and care. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products unless they arrive damaged.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your items arrive damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at made@outofloveco.ca
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your claim is approved.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
✨ Thank you for understanding that, because of the personal nature of our products, we can only accept refunds or exchanges for damaged items. Every product is crafted with care, and your support means the world to our small business.
